Radware will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Cloud infrastructure as part of an ongoing POP expansion and capacity enhancement initiative at Sao Paulo (LATAM-GRU). No customer impact is anticipated during the maintenance window, though customers may observe the following:
- Traffic rerouting (non-impacting) - Brief GRE tunnel flaps - Intermittent unavailability of self-service in the Unified Portal - FWaaS self-service will be temporarily offline
This work is being carried out in a controlled fashion to improve the platform's scalability, resilience, and overall service stability.
