This notice is to backfill a notification for an incident which occurred previously today APRIL 6, 2024.

Radware Cloud DDoS service experienced a service impact event region(s) shown below.

FRANKFURT SCRUBBING CENTER

Radware worked with multiple engineering workgroups to identify an issue with the upstream provider which caused tunnel and BGP peer flapping intermittently between 13:00-14:00 UTC. Radware bypassed one provider to resolve the issue and has requested further information.

This incident is considered resolved at this time and is pending updates from the provider. No further impact is anticipated.
