Get webhook notifications whenever Radware Cloud DDoS Status Page creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
Radware is planning a maintenance activity on the Cloud DDoS Portal.
Impact: During the maintenance window, the Cloud DDoS Portal will be unavailable for up to 20 min. During the maintenance window traffic visibility / security alerts may not be available in Cloud DDoS Portal. Automatic detection and diversion may not be available for off-cloud assets.
Manual diversion will be available by contacting ERT-NOC. No impact on traffic - routing and protection are fully active.

Radware support portal (opening support cases at support.radware.com) was experiencing issues from 17:00 UTC today June 5, 2025. Currently, the support portal is reachable. Radware is working with a 3rd party provider that was experiencing an outage. At this time there is no further available information. We will resolve this notification once the 3rd party indicates their outage is fully cleared.
